  • Registered Brand Information
  • Mahaviram Ghee and Maha Aaram Ghee are registered brands of Meenakshi Enterprises. We hold exclusive rights to sell both brands online and offline.

  • No Returns or Refunds
  • Once an order is confirmed, Mahaviram Ghee does not accept returns or refund requests. However, we are committed to providing an amicable solution in specific situations to ensure customer satisfaction (see below).
  • No Exchanges or Alterations
  • Once products are packed, they cannot be altered or exchanged for other items under any circumstance.
  • Handling Complaints About Damaged Products
  • If your product arrives damaged, you must notify Mahaviram Ghee within 48 hours of delivery by emailing mahaviramghee@gmail.com or calling 9930111185.
  • Please provide the following:
    1. Order number.
    2. Image of the invoice.
    3. 1 image of the outer box.
    4. 2 clear images of the damaged product.
  • For shipments with multiple items, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
  • We will promptly work with you to replace the damaged product and provide a fair solution.
  • Handling Complaints About Missing Products
  • If an item is missing from your order, you must notify Mahaviram Ghee within 48 hours of delivery by emailing mahaviramghee@gmail.com or calling 9930111185.
  • Please provide the following:
    1. Order number.
    2. Image of the invoice.
    3. 1 image of the outer box.
    4. 2 clear images of the opened box with all items received.
  • We will not accept a refund request, but we will promptly re-send the missing product after verification.
  • Handling Complaints About Spoiled Products
  • If you believe the Ghee is spoiled, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at mahaviramghee@gmail.com or 9930111185.
  • Please provide the following:
    1. Order number.
    2. Date of packaging/manufacture.
    3. Clear images or a video of the product.
  • Note that due to the natural and handcrafted nature of our products, variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma are expected, and no two batches will be identical. We ensure the use of the best natural ingredients, and no compromise is made on quality or nutritional value.
  • After due investigation, we will replace the product if necessary and ensure a fair outcome for all parties involved.

Shipping and Delivery Policy – Mahaviram Ghee

  1. Shipping Timelines
    • For orders within Mumbai, parcels will be delivered within 2 days.
    • For orders outside of Mumbai, delivery will take 5 to 7 working days.
  2. Packaging Standards
    • We adhere to industry packaging standards to ensure the safe delivery of goods.
  3. Delivery Fees
    • Delivery fees are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the destination zone.
    • Mahaviram Ghee reserves the right to change delivery fees without prior notice.
  4. Additional Transportation Charges
    • Additional transportation charges will be levied for any order returned from the correct billing address.
  5. Transportation Costs
    • Transportation costs may vary depending on the weight of the packing materials and the distance. Any difference in transportation costs will neither be charged nor refunded.
  6. Order Modifications
    • Special requests, such as changes to delivery time, product specifications, or address details, must be submitted before the order is dispatched. Once the shipment is in transit, no modifications can be accommodated.

  • Customers placing international orders must ensure compliance with local customs regulations. Mahaviram Ghee is not responsible for items seized or restricted by customs. No compensation or refund will be issued in such cases.
  • Liability
  • Mahaviram Ghee will not be liable for refunds if an order is lost during transit by the carrier or airline.
  • All products purchased are for personal use only and not for commercial purposes.
  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders
  • COD orders are available only in Mumbai. If a customer refuses a COD order, Mahaviram Ghee reserves the right to decline future COD orders from that customer.
  • Payment Information
  • All payments are processed under Meenakshi Enterprises.
  • Response Time
  • All emails or complaints will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and we will provide full assistance thereafter.
  • Proof of Claims
  • Customers must provide a complete unboxing video to support any claims regarding missing or damaged items. Substantial proof is required to avoid rejection of claims.
  • Changes to Terms and Conditions
  • Mahaviram Ghee reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy, refund policy, and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
